We're unable to add items to an existing order or combine shipments. Unfortunately we are unable to amend an order once it has been submitted. Every effort is made to maintain the availability of items shown on our website. However, due to popularity and supply levels, some products may not always be available. In the case that an item you ordered is no longer available, we are committed to communicate this to you as quickly as possible. You are welcome to email info@rosarini.com to find out if the item you were looking at is available to order or whether it will be coming back into stock sometime soon.

We try to keep our website updated and current. However, sometimes our latest styles are available in-store before they make it on-line. If you are looking for something in particular, please do not hesitate to email us info@rosarini.com and we will do our best to update you.

We update our inventory on a daily basis. Sometimes, it is possible that another customer may have purchased the item you want at the same time, or just moments before your order is placed. If this happens we will contact you to advise that we cannot deliver the item in our ordinary time frame. We will discuss options such as backorders with you. If we cannot fill your order and it was our fault, your credit card will be refunded in full or we will offer you the option of a credit note which lasts for months.

On occasion, you may select an item that we are waiting on delivery from our supplier, or we have suddenly sold out a popular item. We will contact you via telephone or email if this occurs. We prefer emailing you to discuss any details of your order. If we can't contact you by email then we will contact you by telephone. We also need to provide a phone number on the shipping documents.

When we receive your order, we carry out standard pre-authorization check on your credit card, the same process that happens in-store, to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. If for any reason the credit card is declined, we will email you and let you know that your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorize the payment.

Try checking the details that you have entered, e.g., the card number, expiry date or for American Express the Security Code is on the front of the card, not the back like VISA or MasterCard.

We try to make sure our collections are available from size Extra Extra Small (XXS) to Extra Extra Extra Extra Large (XXXXL) or Australian Size 6 to 22.  Sizing can be tricky as we all like to wear our clothes in different ways and with different fits.  Our size chart will give you an indication of sizes.  Don’t worry if the size you order is not what you want – you can simply send it back to us for a credit and place a new order for another size.  The main priority of ROSARINI is that you purchase a garment you are totally happy with.

You may return the products within 30 days of your purchase. We requested that you include a copy of the delivery note with the return for our record.
Simply complete the returns form enclosed with your order attach the address label provided and send it back to us with the item(s) you wish to return. Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.
We recommend that you send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. ROSARINI cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is not available. The refund will only be credited to the account used for the original purchase. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

Late Returns
Please seek to return items within 30 days. Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of ROSARINI. Depending on the circumstances, merchandise returned after 30 days will be issued a ROSARINI Gift Card in the amount of the current selling price.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
