YOUR ACCOUNT
You can complete your purchase either as a GUEST or a REGISTERED Customer. It is preferred for you to open a REGISTERED ROSARINI Account, so you can speed up the purchasing process for your next purchase. Also, as a registered customer, you will receive perks such as; New Arrivals, Promo codes and discounts. Registering is very easy. We will only ask you to provide the information we need to speed up the purchase process.
Please login to your account. Click on "View Addresses" and you will be redirected to a page where you can add a new address or edit your information.
If you forgot what your login password is, please click the login page and click "Forgot Your Password?". You will be redirected to a page where you will need to enter the e-mail address you created for your ROSARINI Account and click submit. You will receive an e-mail notification from us and a link for you to reset your password.
You may login to you account and review all your previous history purchases. Once you have logged into your Account, click on the "ORDER NUMBER" and you will see what product items you had purchased.
You can view the contents of your purchases in your shopping cart, change or delete the quantity of the items in your order. Once your order has been confirmed and is in process, you are not able to amend or change. If you would like to amend your items, please contact our customer service team by e-mail.
You may login to you account and review all your previous history purchases. Once you have logged into your Account, click on the "ORDER NUMBER" and you will see what product items you had purchased.
You can save your favourite items in your WISHLIST and always have them to hand. It works very easy; inside each product page there will be a heart shape icon, click on the heart and your item will be stored in your WISHLIST. Kind reminder that you can only enjoy use of our WISHLIST if you are have a ROSARINI account. Each time you login, you will see your the item on the top right corner of how many items you stored in your WISHLIST Page and it does not guarantee there will be stock. If you notice on your WISHLIST items are gone, it means they are out of stock.
PAYMENT
We offer the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Stripe, Discover. It is 100% Shopify Secure.
You do not need to have a PayPal Account to check out. When you are in the "My Cart" page, click "Checkout", you will be redirected to a Payment Page. Provide your email, shipping address and any promo codes then click "continue to shipping" and select a Shipping Method, then click "Continue to payment". Once you had reached the "Payment" page, you can input your credit card details with out having to open a PayPal account. When you have finished playing your credit card details, you can click "Pay Now". You will receive a confirmation email that you order has been placed.
You can now select the currency you want to view and check out base on the country currency you are viewing.
All purchases will be processed in the country currency you have selected.
If your country is not there, you will view and be charged in USD.
ORDERS & REFUNDS
Once you had place your order, you will receive a confirmation and invoice by E-mail that you order has been successfully place. When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail providing a tracking number so, you can tracking where your order is locating at. If you have questions of your order, you can always e-mail us at info@rosarini.com and our ROSARINI CS Team will be happy to help.
If you have any changes on your order, please email us at info@rosarini.com and we will happy to help. Any orders that has been shipped out, we are not able to cancel or modify any changes.
Normally once we have received your order will start preparing it. It will take an estimate of 1-3 business days to pack and dispatch. You will be notified by email when you order has been shipped. Please expect minor delays during peak season and sales. Delays may also occur if there are changes/updates on your order.
Yes, there is a currency icon on the right corner for desktops and left corner on the mobile and tablet where you can select the currency you would like to view. As USD is our default currency, all other currencies are for indication only.
If you have trouble in placing an order online, please contact us by email info@rosarini.com or send us a message on WhatsApp +(852) 9062-9474 and let us know what kind of item(s) you would like to purchase and we can manually create an invoice through PayPal for you to complete your order and purchase.

We will let you know as soon as your item is received and your refund has been processed. An estimate it will take 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to you on what you used to pay on your order.

Free Delivery. No minimum order required.
We ship anywhere internationally and Hong Kong. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O Boxes.
If you are not pleased with the style, size or colour, please contact us by email info@rosarini.com and let us know which item you would like to exchange and we will check our warehouse if the item you want to exchange is still in stock. Once we have received the returned item back to us, we will prepare and pack the item you wish to get exchanged. Instore exchange is also available. Please contact us by email info@rosarini.com to arrange an appointment.
At ROASRINI, we aim at providing the best service and quality product to our customers. That is why we have a 30-days money back guarantee behind every purchase. If, for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase we make it simple for you to return it. You may return the products within 30 days of your purchase.
We requested that you include a copy of the delivery note with the return for our record. Simply complete the returns form enclosed with your order attached with the address label provided and send it back to within the item(s) you wish to return.
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.
We recommend that you send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. ROSARINI cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is not available. The refund will only be credited to the account used for the original purchase. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. There is no exchange or refunds on sale items.

PLEASE NOTE:
Any returned item that does not comply with the terms and conditions, especially those items that have tags removed, appear to have been worn, damaged or altered from their original condition will not be exchanged and will be returned to the customer.

Any discounted items or items marked sale, final sale, last chance are not eligible for exchange or return.
We accept returns and exchange for all purchases (exclude sale items) in our shop within the 30 days purchase. Please contact us by phone or email to let us know when you will arriving in our shop. Kind reminder, we can only accept return or exchange items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with the hang tag is still intact on the clothes. Garments that have been tailored and altered are not eligible for return or exchange.
If your package is taking a little more time to arrive at your location it may be due to flight delays, custom clearance or high peak seasons.
Customers take full liability for any customs policies, import duties and other handling fees. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel once that package reaches its destination country. As custom policies and import duties vary widely from different countries, we are not able to provide the amount would cost. For more information about your country's custom policies, please contact your local custom office.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
Here are some reason why you are not able to use the promo codes:
1. Promo codes that has expired.
2. Promo codes that are only one-time use cannot be used again. If you have used a certain promo code that offers a one-time use, you cannot reuse the code again.
3. Promo codes are not valid on sale items, last chance, discounted items and final sale.
4. Only one promo code can be used per order.
ROSARINI reserves the right to change and update on the uses of promo codes.
5. If an automated promotion is active and you insert a promo code that is less than the promotion we are offering, our system will automatically notify you that you are getting a better deal in the check out page.
